1. Digital Services & Instant Access
JioVaani offers digital subscription plans (VIP Passes) that grant instant, unrestricted access to premium audiobooks, multi-episode dramas, and video series immediately upon payment confirmation.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel any auto-renewing subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by reaching out to our support team.
- Upon cancellation, your VIP benefits will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, after which no further charges will apply.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the instant digital nature of our content, refunds are handled under the following specific circumstances:
- Double / Erroneous Billing: If your account was charged twice for the same subscription period due to a gateway glitch, the extra amount will be refunded in full automatically.
- Payment Debited but VIP Not Activated: If money was deducted from your bank account/UPI but your VIP pass was not activated within 24 hours, you are eligible for a 100% full refund or manual VIP activation.
- Technical Failure: If our platform experiences prolonged, verified technical failure preventing you from accessing the service for a substantial period, a pro-rata refund may be granted upon investigation.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refund requests made after actively streaming or consuming multiple episodes of premium content.
- Partial period refunds for change of mind or personal preference.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved by our team:
- Refunds are initiated within 2 to 4 business days.
- The amount will reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 5 to 7 business days depending on your issuing bank.
