1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, purchasing a VIP pass, or accessing any audiobooks, audio stories, or video shows on JioVaani, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy.
2. Services & Digital Content
JioVaani is an online digital entertainment platform providing streaming access to audiobooks, podcasts, audio dramas, and episodic video stories in multiple Indian languages. Access to free and premium content is governed by our membership tiers.
3. User Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (phone number, OTP, or password).
- Each VIP Pass/membership is for personal, non-commercial use only. Account sharing or unauthorized redistribution of media streams is strictly prohibited.
- JioVaani reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating terms or attempting unauthorized scraping/recording.
4. VIP Pass & Payments
- Certain premium audio and video series require an active VIP Pass subscription.
- All payments are processed securely through certified Indian payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets).
- Subscription charges are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Intellectual Property & Fair Use
All content, storylines, audio recordings, video reels, graphic artwork, logos, and website code on JioVaani are the intellectual property of JioVaani or its respective content licensors. You may not download, re-upload, broadcast, sell, or commercially exploit any content without explicit written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
JioVaani strives for 99.9% uptime; however, we do not warrant that streaming services will be uninterrupted or error-free during scheduled maintenance, third-party ISP outages, or network constraints. In no event shall JioVaani be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
